My friend, Noel Hermoso, definitely needs one. Actually, he already has one, given to him by a fellow Filipino missionary. It just needs a lot of work.

My missionary friend and his wife live in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso. Its in Africa if you have not heard of it. The place is hot, dessert hot! 40 degrees centigrade is normal there. Its also dusty and sand gets into your shoes and everywhere.
It should be obvious to you by now that in this kind of place you really need a way to get around. Noel and Deedee started with bicycles. I think they also have a motorcycle but i’ll find out for sure.
The fact is if they do not have better means of transportation, they might get heat stroke, excessive elemental exposure (sun burns, dehydration). If they get sick, then they will not be able to share the Good News. That would really be sad.
BUT WE CAN DO SOMETHING!
We can help them fix this beat-up Pajero. It needs to have airconditioning (even here in the Philippines, its not a luxury anymore) and get the seats fixed ( we do not have missionaries with sore and blistered butts don’t we?). They’ve actually made a lot of improvements already as you can see in the series of photos below. We need to get it in tip-top condition so that it can roll across Burkina Faso and get the Good News of Jesus preached!
