I love the melody of this song the first time I heard it! I encountered “Hold Me” in a wedding used as the soundtrack to a wedding video but didn’t caught the title or the name of the singer and it went that way every time I would hear the song. Then I found the song on Spotify and now I am sharing the music to you. ENJOY!

Jamie Grace is a 22 [now 23] year old singer-songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. Her debut single “Hold Me feat. tobyMac” landed her a nomination at the 2012 Grammy awards where she was the youngest nominee. That year, she was also nominated for a Billboard Award and four Dove Awards, going home as the Dove Awards New Artist of the Year. A graduate of Point University with a bachelor’s in child and youth development, Jamie Grace uses her platform as a singer, songwriter, speaker and actress as a way to motivate those around her, especially kids and teens. At 11 years old Jamie was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and knows first hand the importance of being encouraged at a young age.
