Let me discuss another tip on how to manage our finances well – that is, we decided to live healthier and wealthier.
My wife and I wanted to live longer, healthier and wealthier. Ang target namin, if God will allow us, is to live up to age 100. And for us to live up to that age, marami kaming dapat isakripisyo. Isa nga sa itinuturo namin sa Unleash ay “Sometimes you need to do something you hate to have something you love”.
We will share with you ang mga bagay na dati naming kinakain, pero ngayon ay hindi na dahil gusto naming mabuhay ng mahaba at malusog.
To live healthier, we need to eat the right kind of food. Instead of eating white rice, we eat brown rice. Let’s talk about sugar. Another healthy option is to use honey.
To live healthier, we need to eat the right kind of food.
(Joke only.)
Next week, we will discuss the reasons for not eating pork.
