It was a glorious night during the launching of Far East Broadcasting Corporation’s (FEBC) Papuri 21: Kay Dakila ng Pag-ibig Mo, last April 14, 2016. Papuri has been a hit classic series of albums for many generations of Filipino believers and whose songs are heard in churches nationwide.
Featuring 12 songs that were performed by various Filipino artists, it was a much awaited event which catered to a sold out crowd at the Christ’s Commission Fellowship at the corner of Ortigas Avenue and C5.
I was privileged to have been given the opportunity not just to attend the launch but to take photos and document the event courtesy of one of the artist. Words cannot express the glory of hearing songs that touch the heart and transform lives, so I will let photos take you through the wonderful moments.
Far East Broadcasting Corporation’s President Dan Andrew Cura opens the show. I’ve met Bro. Andrew a few times when he hosted a few The 700 Club Asia episodes produced by CBN Asia.
Unofficially called the Papuri Legends, veterans of various Papuri albums which included among others Arnel De Pano and Tricia Amper-Jimenez.
